Monica Ingram brings more than 30 years of clinical, leadership, and educational experience to MIARM Healthcare Education & Consulting. Beginning her healthcare journey in 1994, she has served in multiple roles — CNA, MA, LVN, RN, Ambulatory Manager, Case Manager, and Clinical Nurse Educator — giving her a comprehensive understanding of patient care, healthcare systems, and professional development.

MIARM is built on Monica’s belief that God Is the foundation of her purpose and the source of her strength. The MIARM tree-of-knowledge logo symbolizes growth, leadership, and the rooted faith that guides her work.

As an AHA-Certified Instructor, Monica provides high-quality BLS, HeartCode ACLS, HeartCode PALS, CPR/AED, and First Aid training to healthcare professionals and community members. Her teaching style blends clinical expertise with compassion, clarity, and encouragement — helping learners build confidence and competence in life-saving skills.

Policies

Clear expectations to support professional, respectful, and efficient training experiences.

Late Arrivals: Learners arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled to ensure course integrity and safety standards.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class may incur a fee. Repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

Rescheduling: MIARM will work with you to reschedule when possible, especially for evening and weekend classes.

Corporate Pricing: Organizations may request custom pricing based on group size, location, and course mix (BLS, HeartCode ACLS/PALS, CPR/AED & First Aid).

Travel Policy: Travel fees apply for on-site training at homes, hospitals, clinics, offices, and workplaces, based on distance from Menifee.

Textbooks & HeartCode: AHA textbooks and HeartCode online modules are required for certain courses and may be purchased separately.

Payment: Payment details and accepted methods are provided at the time of booking. Corporate clients may arrange invoicing.
